Professor Charlotte Erlanson-Albertsson /

A professor of medical and physiological chemistry at Lund University, her research is mainly focused on appetite regulation and energy balance. She is also a Professor at Lund University where she offers lectures for medical students in cell biology and physiology as well as lecturing on what we eat, biology and how it collides with our modern lives. She is also an author of several books.

Professor Per-Åke Albertsson /

Professor Per-Åke Albertsson’s previous work experience lists positions and institutions such as Visiting Professor at the Department of Biochemistry, Stanford University, USA, 1972-1973 and Visiting Professor at the Department of Molecular Plant biology, University of California, Berkeley, 1982-1983. His scientific achievements include over 150 research articles in refereed international scientific journals over the period of 1954-2011 as can be found on Web of Knowledge or Pub Med. Two manuscripts are to be submitted this year. Currently, Per-Åke Albertsson is teaching biochemistry at all levels and is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences as well as the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences and the Royal Physiographic Society in Lund.

Professor Marcin Krotkiewski /

Professor Marcin Krotkiewski is an authority in the field of obesity and is well-known in the medical world. An author of more than 300 scientific publications on obesity, he is a pioneer of obesity treatment in Poland and Sweden.

An outstanding specialist, the inventor of many weight-control products such as Redusan, ExtraDiet, Figurella, and many patents, he is a scientist and a practitioner at the same time. He began his scientific career in Poland and has been working for more than 35 years in Sweden, efficiently helping people wanting to slim down in their fight to regain health and good looks.
