Spinach Extract Shown to Reduce Appetite in Human Clinical Trial

A spinach extract made from baby spinach leaves has been shown to reduce appetite in a human clinical trial.

The study, entitled Body weight loss, reduced urge for palatable food and increased release of GLP-1 through daily supplementation with green-plant membranes for three months in overweight women has been published in the journal Appetite.
